Information on this site

We check facts against primary sources and show the date we checked them. Hours, fees, rules and lake levels still change, sometimes without notice. Confirm anything important with the business or agency before you rely on it. This site is a general guide. It is not legal, tax, survey or safety advice.

Safety on the lake, river and trails

You are responsible for your own safety on the water and on trails, and for following Georgia’s boating, fishing and park rules. Water levels on the Toccoa River below Blue Ridge Dam change fast when TVA generates power. If you are near the river and hear the dam sirens, feel a severe earthquake or see rapidly rising water, TVA’s instruction is to get off the river to high ground immediately (TVA).

Property listings

Featured listings come from the MLS feed through goldpeachrealty.com. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and homes may sell, change or be withdrawn at any time. Verify boundaries, TVA land rights and Section 26a permits on any property yourself.
